This marinade is perfect with prawns, poultry, beef and pork, it’s a versatile marinade that tastes even better when used on the BBQ.
In a saucepan combine;
- 125ml rice wine
- 60ml hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 80ml soy sauce
- 115g sugar
- 6-8 cloves Black Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
Instructions
- Heat for 10-15 minutes until thickened
- allow to cool and then use as required to marinade
